I’ve been on the peninsula for a couple years due to work. fell in love with how amazing placencia is and decided that I don’t only want to work here but I want to have my own space, something cozy and nice!
Started to search for something to rent that’ll suit my needs and found Mr. Zeke business page. Ms Alisha was amazing! She’s so soft and kind, regardless of my complications she didn’t leave my side until they found something great for me!

I cannot say enough about Zeke! From the first day on the phone to our continued relationship with him, as our property manager. He has been nothing but professional and most of all….helpful!! We have had a couple fixes that we noticed needed some repairs. He was on it immediately! He obviously has professional and qualified people that he works with, as they were here the next day and repairs fixed!

When I was moving to Placencia and looking for a long-term rental, I randomly walked in to Zeke’s office to see if he could help me out. Within a week he had found me the perfect home for my needs.

In the year-plus since, as my landlord’s properly manager, Zeke has provided me with excellent customer service. He ihas been professional, responsive, friendly, and exhibited a level of integrity not often found in the real estate industry in Belize.

Zeke was the most helpful and knowledgeable when I was planning my move to Belize from the USA. He is friends with everyone on the peninsula and can help connect you with the people with the property that fits you. Zeke made the time to work with me through Zoom and when I arrived, showed me rentals from the Placencia sidewalk to Maya Beach and beyond. This was really important because a majority of transactions in Belize take place on Facebook, and I’m not a member. I needed a way to access rentals without a Facebook account, and Zeke made it easy. 18 months later, I talk to Zeke regularly and see him around town networking and enjoying the lovely Caribbean breezes. Every few months, we check in to see what’s on the market, and Zeke never disappoints! Whether you are renting for a month, a year, or buying an income property or your dream getaway, Zeke has got you covered from research, through planning, to execution and finalization.
